1.How do I receive Fancyever email updates ?
Stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address under “Subscribe to get special offers, free giveaways, and once-in-a-lifetime deals. “at the bottom of our homepage.

2.Where can I find size & fit advice?
Click on “Size and Fit Guide” on the item’s page to view our conversion chart.Each item has different measurement thus the sizes are all very different in each one.Kindly compare your body measurements with each item's measurements in size chart before choosing a size.

3. An item added to my shopping bag was sold out.
The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed during the checkout process. If an item is extremely popular and in limited stock, it might be sold out once you reach the checkout. Stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. You are therefore encouraged to submit payment as soon as possible.

4. Do you restock items that are sold out?
Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items. However you can contact our Customer Service to check specific item for you.

5.How do I place an order on your site?
Placing an order is easy at Fancyever . Here’s how:

  • Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
  • Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to bag’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to checkout .
  • Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.
  • Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

6.I didn’t receive order confirmation email.
Please check if you leave correct email address in our site and check your mailbox including your spam folder. If this does not work, add “ ” to your white list (safe senders) . If you are still unable to receive the emails, please contact our Customer Service to resolve this issue.

7.Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for Fancyever , please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Further information on cancelling an order can be found in our Return & Refunds Policy.


1.I forgot my password
Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

2.How can I change my password?
Log in to your account. Locate the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? ” option and click it to reset your password.

3. How do I get coupons?
Register for a customer account on Sign up for our weekly deals newsletter at the bottom of the website. You could find the 5% off coupon code in your register confirmation email (check your spam folder).

4. How do I use my coupons?
During the checkout process, go to your shopping cart. Enter the full promotion code and click "APPLY". You can only use one coupon code per order.

Order Status

This order is unpaid . Please feel free to pay your order now.Once we receive your payment, we will process your order.

You have just paid for your order, our server will upload your order shortly and we will start to process your order.Thank you for your patience.

3.Processing :
Fancyever will typically process orders 3-5 business days upon payment. Your processing order will go through the following phases .

  • Receiving and allocating items to your order
  • Inspecting your items quality
  • Packing and printing shipping labels.
  • Once above 3 phases have been done, we will dispatch your order.

4.Shipped Out:
Your order has left our warehouse and has been collected by the courier for the shipment. We cannot edit your order anymore.Please follow up the delivery in your account and track the item online.

We accept several currencies. Kindly note different payment methods support different currencies when checking out.

4.Why has my payment failed?
When a payment fails, there are several reasons this might happen. Here are the most common reasons, and information about what you can do.

     *Credit or debit card payments
      If your credit or debit card payment fails, check that you’ve entered all of these details correctly:

  • Your personal details, such as your name, billing address or billing country. These details need to correspond with the details your card issuer or bank has on file.
  • Your card number or Card Verification Code.
  • Your Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode password if applicable.
     If the details are correct but your order is refused or declined, it's likely that the payment was rejected by the       payment provider, not by Fancyever. This may be because:
  • There are insufficient funds on your card or in your bank account.
  • Your card has expired. Please update your credit card details.
  • You’re purchasing from, or using a card issued in, a restricted country.
  • You’re using an anonymous proxy to access the internet.
  • Contact your payment provider for more information about why the payment was rejected.
  • If you’re using a digital payment method like PayPal and your payment fails, there might be an issue with the funding source.
  • If you keep a balance of funds in your account to pay with, make sure it’s enough to cover the cost of your purchase.
  • If your account is linked to a bank account or credit card, make sure the details are up-to-date and sufficient funds are available to cover the purchase.

Shipping, taxes & duties

1. Do you ship to my country?
We ship orders all over the world. If you want to know more detailed information, please check the dedicated “Shipping Info”.

2.How do I know if the item has free shipping and how much will I be charged for shipping?
Every Fancyever order is unique so our shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. This information will appear at the checkout.

3.When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared and sent on its way within 3 -5 business days. Delivery will normally take 7-25 days after dispatch, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also follow the progress in your Fancyever account under ‘My Orders’ when you log in to your Fancyever account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

4.I’m missing an item from My Order, what should I do ?
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.

5.Will I need to pay taxes and duties?
Delivery will be made by your local postal service. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for related information regarding fees.Please note, orders may ship in multiple packages.

Returns & refunds

1.What is your returns policy and how do I return or exchange an item ?
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided. Please note the following product return requirements:

  • You can return for a refund within 30 days of your delivery date .
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt to ensure it will be returned to the original location in time.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed;
  • Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories and embellishments fully intact;
  • For Hygiene reasons, swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange.

2.How do I package my item for return?
Simply follow these steps to prepare your item:
  • Attach return note with your order number to the outside of the Fancyever bag or box. Please do not to attach any labels to an item’s branded box.
  • We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse.
  • do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
3.When will I receive my refund?
  • As soon as your item is received and accepted by our partner we will send an email to confirm the completion of your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 7-10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please ensure all items meet the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy.

4.Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?
Sorry we don’t offer free return and you need to pay for return shipping.The original express shipping cost won’t be included in your refund.We refund merchandise’s amount only.
Please note that if returned parcel causes any import tax fee, we will be entitled to charge you for the direct cost or decline the return.

5.Can I return my customized item?
Due to the nature of customized orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns.

Flash Sale
“Flash Sale” items are not subject to Fancyever’s standard return policy and may not be returned. Any return or refund of “Flash Sale” items purchased from are made at Fancyever’s absolute and sole discretion, subject to applicable laws.
