Delivery will be made by your local postal service. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for related information regarding fees.Please note, orders may ship in multiple packages.
International Returns & Exchanges
How To Start Your Return
Locate Your Order – Click on Order Status or click on My Account and select Order History and find the right order number (start with #F****). To help us locate your order if you couldn’t find the order number, we’ll need the first and last name for the person who purchased and their email address (preferred).
Print Your Return Info- Print your return details, pack up your items, and mail items back to us at the address given by our customer service using any trackable/insured shipping method,usually by postal service, not by express shipping.
Return and exchange within 14 days after receipt. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise（except swimwear and flash sale items ）purchased on Fancyever.com for return or exchange.
When Will I Be Refunded or Exchanged?
Once your return has been received or processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse. Your refund will be made using the same method you used to make payment.
Please be sure that your package is prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
Packages returned due to refusal of paying international customs duties and taxes may be refunded minus shipping charges and other applicable fees.
If we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll refund to your original form of payment. If it's received after 30 days, a Fancyever Cash Coupon with same value will be issued.
If you’d like to exchange your order for different items, please return your items first and inform us of the new items you want （SKU number or picture, size and color of the replacement）.We will work out any price difference and arrange exchange.
Swim and Intimates
We’re unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours from the time of the payment made will be refunded in full amount. For orders need to be cancelled after 24 hours of your payment time and we haven't shipped , we have to deduct 15% from your payment amount as cancellation fee.
We will Not accept order cancellation request once the order has been shipped. There is no need to request to cancel the order if you just want to change colors or sizes in the order.
